The kiosks can be found outside your dealership, with an external drop box for depositing car keys and papers. They are easy to access and under video surveillance for your security.

Easy steps to benefit from the Opel service 24/7.

  1. BOOK ONLINE
    Make an appointment online or by phone.

  2. ACCESS CODE FOR OPEL SERVICE 24/7 KIOSK
    Receive a confirmation of the appointment by SMS, including your personalized kiosk access code.

  3. VEHICLE DROP-OFF
    Leave your car for servicing in the foreseen video surveyed parking area.

  4. OPEL SERVICE 24/7 KIOSK
    Logon to the kiosk with your access code and safely deposit your car keys and papers.

  5. CONFIRMATION OF KEY DEPOSIT
    As soon as the deposit is complete, you will receive a confirmation by SMS.

  6. SERVICING DETAILS
    Once your vehicle has been checked, you will receive a video with the servicing details via myDigital Service for your confirmation. In case of any additional work to be done - shown in the video check - you will receive a cost estimate. After release or rejection of these additional costs, the workshop will start working on your car.

  7. ONLINE PAYMENT
    When your car is ready, you will receive an information and the invoice by SMS with a link to the secure e-Payment service.

  8. CAR PICK-UP
    Upon confirmation of payment, you will again receive a personalized kiosk access code to pick up your car whenever it suits you.
