Movecard: one card, all services

The MoveCard is your ticket to the world of Free2move Lease services. Handed over at the delivery of the vehicle, it bundles all the important information about the service modules that you or we have put together for you. The MoveCard thus contains all the data our dealers and partners need to carry out services. 
 

Always carry your MoveCard with you. You will also find the number of the service hotline, which we use to advise you immediately in case of questions and problems.

Technical Service: safe on the road - incl. APR testing

With Opel’s Technical Service you can choose between two service packages or combine both.

 

MAINTENANCE package:

  • Inspection according to manufacturer specifications
  • General inspection
  • Testing and calibration of tachographs on commercial vehicles
  • APR testing
 
WEAR AND TEAR package:
  • Repair of damage due to wear or damage of technical or electronic origin
  • Takeover of inspection work even without final results

Damage Management: fast processing made easy

Assistance in case of accidents and glass damage - free of charge and independent of insurance.

 

  • 24-hour hotline
  • Professional repair management with claim settlement
  • Paperless notification of claim by telephone 
  • Towing and recovery of the damaged vehicle
  • Ensuring of mobility 
  • Communication to Opel Service Partner with pick-up and delivery service

Fuel Card Service: cashless and secure

The drivers of leased vehicles refuel cashless with our fuel cards in almost all of Germany. Depending on the services booked, car washes and engine oil can also be paid for with the fuel card.

Tyre Management: a matter well-rounded

  • Premium tyres: summer, winter or all-weather tyres in agreed sizes
  • Number of tyres: either limited (4 pieces) or unlimited (calculation according to mileage)
  • Winter tyres: including rims as required
  • Fitting service: fitting of new tyres including tyre valves, TPMS maintenance kit, disposal of old tyres
  • Seasonal wheel change including tyre balancing and calibration of the TPMS
  • Wheel storage
  • Replacement at a tread depth of 2 mm (summer tyres) or 4 mm (winter and all-weather tyres)

 

Insurance Service: uncomplicated coverage

You do not have to worry about anything and will receive everything from one source.

Our insurance cover offers the following services:

 

  • Automobile third party insurance (€ 100 million, for personal injury € 15 million, for environmental damage € 5 million)
  • Standardised premium per unit of VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG
  • Partial coverage insurance (excess 150,- €)
  • Comprehensive insurance (excess 1.000,- or 500,- €)
  • Including accident and breakdown cover (e.g. with rental car in case of damage)
  • Claims routing / workshop referral exclusively to Opel Service Partner
  • On request also for groups with increased risk (e.g. postal and parcel services, taxis and rental cars, paid passenger and goods transport as well as nursing services) with a minor additional premium for risk group 1

Gap Insurance: stay calm in case of emergency

In the event of a vehicle loss due to theft or write-off, the automobile insurance usually only refunds the replacement value of your vehicle at the time of the damage. The GAP insurance closes the gap between replacement value and carrying value.

Telematics and Beyond: for your fleet management

Optimise your fleet management with Leasys Connect Fleet, the telematics solution for your vehicle fleet, with which you can keep track of all vehicle-relevant data at all times and thus significantly reduce the operating costs of your fleet.

 

Also discover Leasys Fleet Sharing, the car sharing system that allows your employees to freely use the vehicles via a simple badge or smartphone access.
