Ordering & delivery

How do I order online?

The order is placed via the OpelStore. Just follow the steps. You will need to create an account before you sign the final contract. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service.

Can I only order my Rocks-e online?

Yes, the Rocks-e can only be ordered online.

Participating Opel partners will be happy to assist you with the online ordering process.

What models are available?

There are three models to choose from: ROCKS-E, ROCKS-E TECHNO, ROCKS-E CLUB. . You can also add accessories or service packages (Opel FlexCare) to your order. You can find more information about accessories here. And about the service packages in the OpelStore.

Where can I buy accessories or spare parts for my Rocks-e? 

Accessories and certain spare parts can be purchased at www.misterauto.de. Mister Auto is a subsidiary of Opel/Stellantis. Of course, accessories and spare parts can be purchased as usual through your Opel dealer.

In addition, other merchandise items such as the Bluetooth Box can be purchased via Opel Collection.

Can I have my Rocks-e delivered to my home?

When ordering online, you can choose between two delivery options: Collection of the vehicle from your local dealer or delivery of the vehicle to your home.

Where can I find the details of my order?

You can find the details of your order in the order confirmation you received by e-mail. Once you have logged in to the OpelStore, you can also view all the details of your order in the "Garage" section.

Where can I find the general terms and conditions for online orders?

You can find the General Terms and Conditions here under General Terms and Conditions and Data Protection.

I have not received confirmation of my order by e-mail. How do I know if my order has been processed?

Please check that the confirmation e-mail has not accidentally landed in your spam folder. you can also contact our customer service under the following link. 

What documents do I need to submit after placing an order online?

You will find all the documents you need attached to the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

If I withdraw from the purchase contract before my vehicle is delivered, will I get a full refund?

Details on withdrawing from the purchase contract can be found in the General Termsn and Conditions under General Terms and Conditions and Data Protection.

Can I withdraw from the purchase contract after delivery of my vehicle? 

The vehicle can be returned to the responsible dealer within 14 days of receipt but at the customer's expense and risk. Additional claims for payment of compensation for lost value may arise in this case. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

When will a finance offer for the Rocks-e be available?

From the beginning of 2022, the Rocks-e will be available on finance terms from as little as €49 per month. Details of the planned offer can be found here.

Can I view information about my Rocks-e in the MyOpel app?

The Rocks-e will be integrated into the MyOpel app as part of the next update. From the end of November, all useful information will be available. Create an account now: www.myopel.de  

What functions does the MyOpel app have?

To be provided by the Opel Product Team clients.

I have not received a MyOpel activation email. How can I log in?

Please check that the activation email has not accidentally landed in your spam folder. If it hasn't, please try logging in - you should then be offered several options to resend the activation email to your inbox.  

I have lost or forgotten my MyOpel password. How can I reset it?

If you ever forget your password, you can always create a new one by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link on the home page under the login area. If you still have problems, please contact our customer service department. They will assist you in creating a new password.
