Automatic Emergency Braking
Any journey, a safe journey: Automatic Emergency Braking1 with Pedestrian Detection warns of a collision with a pedestrian or another vehicle. If no action is taken, the car will brake automatically.  
1 Works automatically above 5 km/h and below 85 km/h. From 0 to 30 km/h the deceleration metric to reduce the impact speed of the collision is 0.9 g. From 30 to 85 km/h the system reduces the speed by a maximum of 22 km/h. After this threshold, the driver needs to brake himself/herself to reduce the speed even further. Operational speed range of AEBPD depends on the detected obstacle (mobile target: from 5 to 85 km/h; fixed target: from 5 to 80 km/h; pedestrian: from 5 to 60 km/h). Opel driver assistance systems are intended to support the driver within the system-immanent limitations. The driver remains responsible for the driving task.

Drive Assist Pack1 

Advanced safety for you and your beloved: Opel’s Drive Assist Pack includes the Highway Integrated Assist, which features Adaptive Cruise Control with a stop and go function, as well as Lane Positioning Assist and extended traffic sign recognition.

Side Blind Spot Alert

The Side Blind Spot Alert1 of the new Combo automatically monitors and warns of approaching vehicles on parallel lanes and in blind spots, giving you greater reassurance when changing lanes and making life that little bit easier.

Flank Guard

The Flank Guard system1 uses 12 sensors to warn of obstacles which may not be visible during low-speed cornering via visual and audio alerts on the infotainment screen.

IntelliGrip

No matter the weather or road conditions: with IntelliGrip1 traction control, you and your family will always arrive safely. The smart drive system adapts to low-grip conditions, such as driving in mud, sand or snow, and is available with five separate driving modes.

Rear View Camera

The new Combo's 180° wide-angle Panoramic Rear View Camera1 displays on the 10" touchscreen with virtual guidelines to help make reversing simple and avoid unnecessary scratches or bumps.
