Stuff happens and sometimes we need to change our minds. If that happens to you - whatever your reason - we'll give you full refund. There are a few conditions attached to this. It must be within 30 days of delivery, it must still be in the condition in which it was delivered to you, with no more than 600 km on the clock.
You choose how
Delivery
As you'd expect from an online purchase, you can choose how you want your new car to be delivered to you. We offer either home delivery or a pick-up from your dealer option. Both are included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay. Just make your selection in the check-out. We'll take care of the rest.
Easy and transparent
All about Finance

Once you've selected your car, the next step is to decide how you want to pay for it. The way the online process works is transparent and easy.

 

Cash payment

If this is your preferred method, we will ask you for a small, refundable deposit to secure the car in your name. You pay the balance on delivery.

 

Pay monthly

You can customise the conditions (number of months, annual mileage) to suit your budget. Once you're happy, the next step is to apply for the finance. There's nothing to pay upfront.

 

How to book a Test Drive
You'll have the option to book a test drive at your local dealer as part of the online process. If at that stage you'd prefer to complete your purchase with the assistance of your local dealer, that's absolutely fine. Or you can choose to do from the comfort of your own home. The choice is yours. The price and conditions are the same whichever route you choose.
Service package
If all of this wasn't reassuring enough, there's more. If you buy an Opel online, we add in a complimentary service plan. This is designed to give you added peace of mind. Our service plan includes annual service, free roadside recovery and one year's free insurance. Please adapt this text to match the conditions in your market.
